Our PK-5th grade students enjoyed a walking field trip to the Slater Fire Department on Friday, November 3. A big thank you to Todd Jenkins, Matt Curren and Tedd Wiseman for volunteering their time to show the students around the station and for reminding them of some important fire safety tips!
The Slater School District is accepting bids for snow removal. Bids end Friday, November 17 @ 3pm
Reminder, Wildcats! TODAY is the final day to sign up for the December 9 ACT Test with or without a fee waiver. Grab one in the Counseling Office before the end of the day if planning to register for this exam date!
Note: Students who PAY to register for the December 2023 ACT will receive a credit that can be used to take another ACT® test for free. The credit will be added to your MyACT account no later than December 18, 2023.
Use the QR code attached to register. Students (Juniors & Seniors) who register for the December 2023 ACT using a fee-waiver will not receive the credit.
JH students worked on Candy Corn Fractions and Pumpkin Geometry today.
Ms Stark's class finished up their Kusama inspired dotted pumpkin projects today and I think they turned out so cute!

Sophomores make sure you turn in your fundraiser money and order forms today October 30th, 2023, as the order will go in this afternoon. It needs to go to Ms. Wiseman in the high school office.

FTA is excited to host our first "Parent's Night Out" of the school year! Check out the flyer for more information. Registration forms will be sent home with K-4 kiddos on 10/30.

Juniors--Be sure to check Google Classroom for information on signing up to work basketball concessions! Each student needs to work 4 shifts to earn the concession stand points. Adults can work for you if you are unable to do so. See Mrs. Boggs or Mrs. Meyer with any questions.
Sophomores please remember that fundraiser money is due tomorrow morning October 26th as we are not in session on Friday. Please turn money in to Mindy Wiseman at the high school office along with your order forms.
Library News:
If your student has a pumpkin in the contest, please pick those up today or tomorrow during conferences.
The Book Fair will be open after school today until 4:15. You may use the courtyard door behind the library.
PTO items will be delivered to the school TODAY! Please make arrangements to pick up your items in the cafeteria after school before 4:00 pm. The door by the library in the circle drive will be unlocked for you. Thank you!
