Parents of K-4 students who signed up in advance for Parent's Night Out hosted by FTA...The doors outside of Central Office will open at 5:30 for drop off and again at 8:00 for pick-up. Students MUST be signed in and out by a person listed on their registration form. See you soon!!

Wednesday was a day full of math! The RPDC math consultants spent the day modeling for our math teachers and working with the students on various math concepts. 🍎 💜 💛



We had the BEST DAY EVER!! KC Wolf talked to our students about the ABCs of Success and told us all about working with the Chiefs! He is headed to the Super Bowl and we are excited to cheer for him and the Chiefs!

The JH Scholar Bowl team won both matches at our Sturgeon meet this afternoon! The Team takes on Madison at home on Monday, February 5, at 4 pm in the library.

KC Wolf will be visiting our Slater Wildcats tomorrow morning! Students and staff are encouraged to wear Chief gear (hats are acceptable) to help welcome him to our school. A special thank you to the Slater PTO for making this possible for our students!

Friendly reminder! Today, we will have a taco bar in place of the salad bar.
The JH Scholar Bowl had their first meet of the season in New Franklin today. They lost the first match by 20 points(2questions) and the second match by a bit more. They played well and are excited to take on Sturgeon tomorrow afternoon!

In Art, Ms. Brooks 2nd Grader's are working on the start of Polar Bear pictures that will involve paper weaving and space. We are learning how to measure and use rulers in class as well. They are really doing a great job so far!
