Junior Class students who still need points...bring a bag of candy to be thrown at the parade. For each bag brought in to Mrs. Meyer, before Friday, receive a half point per bag. Make sure Mrs. Meyer signs you off for your bags brought in.

CALLING LOCAL BUSINESSES...! The Slater School Wellness Committee is looking for raffle prizes for their District Wide Wellness Walk on 10/20. Our students take part in a variety of wellness based activities to be eligible for a prize - let's make it the best selection yet! Start collecting your change!! The Annual Change Challenge begins October 9th. The class that brings in the most change will enjoy a snow cone party in the library. All funds collect are used to purchase books and consumable supplies for the library.

Reminder: Students in 5th-12th grade band and/or choir will be picking up their chocolate for our fundraiser tomorrow. Students must have their fundraiser slips turned in to Mr. Meyer before they will be assigned a box. If parents/guardians opted to pick up the chocolate for their students please come at 3:15 in the circle drive by the high school. Ms. Bailey and Mr. Meyer will be passing out boxes from the concession stand in the high school hallway.

Just a reminder that if a student is wanting to use the Community Fitness Center they have to be accompanied by an Adult or Coach. Those ages 12-17 MUST have an adult with them. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the fitness center.

Student Health Forms will be coming home today. These forms are needed to be kept on file in the nurses office for each student and is very important they are returned as soon as possible. The class that returns them the fastest will get a class surprise.
