The Advanced Food Science class participated in some pre-Thanksgiving dessert studies earlier this week. Students competed in a pie contest after taste testing crust fatteners with Mrs. Linda Crews. She presented crusts made with butter, lard and shortening for the class to vote on and implement into their own recipes!
Seniors Senior- shirt orders are due Monday December 1st by 3 PM. Money needs to be turned to Mindy in the High school office. Also, the first half of senior trip deposits are due by December 15th also payable to Mindy. Enjoy your Thanksgiving break
