The JH/HS Band & Chorus Concert that was to be held tonight has been reschedule for Wednesday, April 12th at 6:30 pm in the auditorium due to scheduling conflicts.

Students enjoyed popcorn and "game time" for their 3rd quarter attendance reward. They had an attendance rate of 98% and above! Way to go!


Today, some of our 3rd-5th grade students attended the Children's Literature Festival at UCM in Warrensburg. They enjoyed listening to several different authors speak about their books and even received some autographs. Thank you Ms. Pointer for arranging this opportunity for our students!


This week's featured classroom is Ms. Jackman's JH Social Studies class. They have been studying the Egyptian history. Stop by and take a look!


Slater School is now accepting bids. Bids will be accepted no later than March 29th in the central office, 515 Elm St. Slater, MO. 65349.
-Installing storm drains and replacing sidewalk on west side of gymnasium.
-Clean, seal and re-stripe all school parking lots.


Kindergarten and Preschool Roundup is taking place this week, March 20-24th. Please come by the elementary office to enroll your child. A copy of their birth certificate, social security card and shot record is needed at the time of enrollment. There is a $25 enrollment fee for preschool.
