HS Varsity Boy's and Girl's basketball teams will be competing in a jamboree at Otterville High School. The boys will play Monday Nov. 15th beginning at 6:00PM. The girls will be Tuesday Nov. 16th beginning at 5:30PM.

JH Boy's basketball practice for tonight has been cancelled.
FFA meat items came in this afternoon, this includes hams, turkeys, bacon, etc. Mr. Crews will be around until 4 p.m. for students to come get their items. Please remember to keep these items cold so the don't unthaw.
Nursery Landscaping students worked on shade and flowering tree identification today in class.

There will be a STAC meeting tomorrow morning in Mr. Meyer's room to discuss the upcoming theater production, we will be meeting during zero hour/W.I.P. time.
Tomorrow, all PK-5th grade students are invited to wear their pajamas to school for National Young Readers Week. Ms. Drummond will be reading to classes all day in her office!

Veterans Day

The Slater School Board met tonight to discuss the mask mandate - the following policy will go into effect tomorrow:
Masks will be optional by all staff and students. When 10% of the school population is in isolation or quarantine, all students will wear masks for 2 weeks and then once quarantine numbers drop below 4% it will be lifted. During this time, any staff member that has shown proof of vaccination to the central office will not have to mask.
