
Slater Schools COVID update:
Slater Schools ended the week of Sept. 19, 2021 with 4 positive cases, 72 quarantined and 8 awaiting test results. Slater Schools will begin giving updates on Friday afternoons. During quarantine, all students are able to distance learn.


Reminder: One week until picture day in the High School. Picture Day for Slater High School is scheduled for Tuesday, September 28, 2021 and your school's Order Code is 61787DF.

Tonight’s football game will kick off at 7:00 p.m. with the Wildcats taking on the Skyline Tigers. General Admission will be at the 2 north gates, our handicap accessibility entrance will be at the south gate. Come out for a great night of Wildcat Football!


The Nursery/Landscape and Ag Construction classes have been busy this week planting Fall mums around the school's campus, CMAS and the Slater Veterans Park!




Pink Out Football is today! Wear your pink!! Head on out to Wildcat Stadium at 7 pm to support the football team as they take on Skyline.


Today, Ms. Katelyn Watts spoke to the HS cheer squad about her experiences and the many opportunities for scholarships as a college mascot. The girls were able to try on the CMU mascot uniform and have a little fun! Thank you Ms. Watts for sharing your story with us!


8th grade consumer science students wrapped up their dairy unit by tasting a variety of cheeses and making ice cream!




Ag 2 students are close to finishing their entomology unit as they were completing their bug boxes today.



Pink Out Softball is tonight! Wear your pink all day and then come to the Wildcat Athletic Complex tonight at 5 to support your Lady ‘Cats!!


6th grade STEM has been studying compression and tension and built a structure w/ marshmallows/spaghetti noodles to withstand the weight of a planner. The winning structure was 5 in. tall and held the planner for 2 seconds.


Come check out our new library display! September is Hispanic Heritage Month so we are highlighting Hispanic stories and authors. We are also highlighting a memorial to the 9/11.
