Juniors and Seniors- Please sign up for After Prom in the High School office by 9am tomorrow.
Please join us for a wonderful evening of music and artwork at our Spring Fine Arts Night. The event is on Monday, April 17th, at 6pm in the high school gym. Students who are in band need to report to the band room at 5:30. Elementary students need to report to their teachers in the gym at 5:45 and 5th-12th choir students report to the bleachers on the far side of the gym at 5:45 also.
Slater SCCC students will not travel to the Career Center this Friday, April 14.

Eighth Grade field trip slips and money are due tomorrow, April 12. Please turn them into the elementary office.

With a tremendous amount of respect for Paul Crews and the impact he has had on our school and this community, Slater Schools will not be in session Friday, April 14, 2023. This will provide all those wishing to attend services the opportunity to pay their respects.
With adequate days available on our calendar due to the limited amount used for snow days this will not impact the scheduled last day of school.
Due to supply issues. We will now have pepperoni Pizza Rippers tomorrow in place of Tater tot casserole. Sorry for the inconvenience.
There will be an After Prom meeting tonight at 6:30 pm in the cafeteria. This is for any Junior/Senior parent.

REMINDER - High School Football Summer Team Camp money is due this week in order to get the team discount. Please turn in the money to Coach Audsley or the High School Office.

First State Community Bank of Marshall gave our 5th grade students a presentation on savings and checking accounts. Students were able to practice using a register and balancing a checkbook.

We had so much fun today our annual Easter egg hunt! We even had a special visitor stop by to see us!


A big shout out to Mrs. Campbell and her kindergarteners for racking up 37,026 reading minutes for March Madness!! They have earned a pizza party in the library! Keep to the great reading!!

4th grade had an "Eggcellent" time during our Math Easter Egg Challenge! Each student had to find 5 eggs, solve the math problems inside the 5 eggs, and have their worked checked in order to win a chance to hunt for the egg with the Golden "C"....Congratulations to Miss Gabby who found the egg with the Golden "C" that had a $5 bill hiding inside! 💜💖









SCCC students: Marshall isn't in session today. If you are in good standing, you don't have to report to SHS until 10:45. Otherwise, report time is 7:56.
Attendance at SHS today is required to attend or participate in extracurricular events between today and Tuesday.
