Today, the 3rd-6th grade classes participated in electrical safety with Keith Mueller from the Central Missouri Electric Cooperative, Inc. Mr. Mueller gave the students some great tips to keep them safe around power lines. Ask your students to share what they learned!

This week's featured class is Mrs. Mathews' 4th grade class. They have some wonderful writing pieces on display along with pictures of a Science experiment they did about erosion!

All of the rest of the FFA fruit, pickles, cookies, sausage/cheese will be here and sorted on Friday December 9th. Please make arrangement to get it out of the shop that day. _ Mr. Crews
Ag 1 students got their new FFA jackets today.

Band students are selling Krispy Kreme donuts until Dec. 9. Delivery will be Dec. 13. If they sell 15 boxes they get a free band tee shirt. The student who sells the most wins $50.

Slater Pep Band Students: Friday is the deadline for your pep band shirt order. Shirts are $15.00. We will be playing Monday and Tuesday for the home BB games and Wed. for our concert.

Slater FFA members worked with DuPont Pioneer to donate over $1000 in toys to the Saline County Holiday Project.

Mrs. Crews' Multimedia Class had a chance to interview Slater High School Alum, Beno Messer today for an installment of their Slater Small Business Documentary Film Project.

3rd and 5th grades are enjoying Conservation Day today hosted by Mr. Crews' Wildlife Conservation class!
