The Missouri Gaming Association is pleased to announce the 2021 Project 21 Scholarship Program.  This is the twenty-fourth year the scholarships will be awarded.  The goal of the scholarship program is to not only to inform our youth that it is not permissible in Missouri for persons under the age of 21 to gamble in a casino, but also to educate them about the dangers and consequences associated with underage gambling.

The Project 21 Scholarship Program provides Missouri students an opportunity to disseminate their message by writing an article or creating a poster or video addressing the issue of underage gambling.  One (1) $2,500.00 first prize scholarship and Three (3) $1,500.00 second prize scholarships will be awarded.

We would ask that you distribute the attached scholarship application to all Missouri High School Seniors who might be interested in applying for the scholarships using the criteria outlined in the application.

The article, poster or video entry, completed application and other required documentation as outlined in the attached application must be received by MARCH 1, 2021.

Here is a link to the application that is available through our website also, if this is more convenient for you.

Thanks in advance for helping us get the word out about the Project 21 Scholarship Program.
