To apply, students must write a 750-1,000 word essay in response to the following prompt:

"Write an essay explaining in detail how a serious accident involving you, a family member, or a close friend has impacted your life. This could have been a car crash, a slip-and-fall accident, a work-related injury, or any other serious accident. How has this injury impacted your college plans?"

The deadline to apply for this scholarship is July 20, 2020. Submissions will open on Jan 1, 2020. The winner of the scholarship will be awarded $1,000 to help pay for college-related expenses.
